Translation/Interpretation

Telehealth is currently on-demand. With the current telehealth trend, it becomes more important to ensure that non-English speaking patients able to communicate accurately.  In the past, healthcare providers provided medical translation/interpretation services to non-English-speaking patients in-person (direct translation) and/or in written (medical reports interpretation).

Our team are not simply multi-lingual, we are trained medical translators/ interpreters who understand the medical terminologies across different specialties and have been working experiences in healthcare services. During telehealth, we will work together with doctors to:
• improve quality of care
• promote positive health outcomes
• prevent future medical issues
• ensure confidentiality at all times
• reduce healthcare costs
We are able to bridge doctors and patients by speaking in medical terminologies as well as the patients native tongue.
